“I started more as offering HR services and recruiting services. So I could have somebread and butter until I could build the coaching skills because that was really my favorite part of HR. ”

“We’re finding people don’t want the same things. They don’t want to work the same way they’ve been working all the time. They want more flexibility, they want to be authentic, and that’s the umbrella under which we work. Authenticity is a big chunk of the work we do. Bringing leaders to be more authentic and allowing their team members to be more authentic, so they have a sense of belonging and sense of belonging creates talent retention, which is the secret.”
