riginally from South Carolina, Erin Wilson spent a decade as a competitive gymnast in South Carolina, which is part of how she discovered a passion for yoga and fitness
A semester studying abroad in Italy in 2014 solidified her love for Europe, which ultimately led to a move to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Seven years of balancing part-time jobs with the US Army and teaching yoga locally inspired her to pursue yoga professionally.
In April 2024, she founded The Third Place to expand her yoga and fitness business by hosting European retreats, collaborating with local partners, and offering more private and group classes.
Deeply committed to helping people reconnect with their bodies, Erin creates spaces where students feel accepted, learn to respect their physical boundaries, and explore the transformative power of movement.
Through breathwork, anatomy education, and introspection, she encourages students to carry the lessons learned on the mat into their everyday lives, promoting holistic health for people of all ages and backgrounds.
