Penny Blackmore is an Australian based in Berlin, and the founder of Sales for Freelancers, a 1-1 advisory, a writer and an honest to goodnews Olympian(!) She’s also been a guest on The Germany Expat Business show.
She shared a lot of great info in the episode (give at a listen!).
The bit that stuck with me was her offer structuring analogy; that you should have ‘Cupacke’, ‘Birthday Cake’ and ‘Wedding Cake’ level offerings in your business.
She is also runs the ‘Sales for Freelancers’ program.
