These are all tasty South African meat delicacies from Mopani Braai.

Founded by Francous Louw, a passionate Munich-based chef originally from South Africa who worked for a time at Käfer. Mopani Braai offers products that emphasize traditional South African preparation methods, high-quality regional ingredients, and rich spice blends.

Not surprisingly, these meaty specialities are popular among both South African expatriates and German meat lovers!

Francous Louw moved to Germany in 2013 and found inspiration in his longing for South African flavors. Combining his culinary training in Munich with his cultural heritage, he partnered with a skilled butcher to perfect his products.

The recipient of a gift from Mopani Braai will have to agree with Francous’ motto: “Love goes through one’s stomach”
