Renate is trained in Iyengar Yoga® and is a certified Laban dance & movement teacher. She is the owner of YogaYatra. Renate realized early on that her own regular yoga practice was the key to bringing balance into her life and to building the strength necessary to face the daily challenges of life. All of these experiences influence her teaching today at YogaYatra.
