Elena Mellara is the founder of Melly Consulting. After 20+ years in corporations covering managerial roles for pricing, forecasting and market research Elena decided to add coaching to her career. Today she supports “career conflicted” professionals who are in need to identify their next career move and make a plan. A new role? A discovery of their “superpowers” to get a promotion, or an entirely new profession? As well as individual coaching, Elena offers tailored company trainings and team coaching. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, she is a certified NOVA® Profile coach and is a certified ICF Team Coach. Her services and programmes are offered in English and Italian.
