I’m a Purpose mentor and coach with creative and embodied approach, helping people make better choices about what to invest their energy in (career, business, personal projects). I especially focus on helping with career crossroads at midlife. Through combining my coaching and recruitment experience I support both the exploration and the practicalities of stepping into a new role (and identity). I work with powerful questioning, metaphors, play, visuals and the environment (indoors and outdoors) to break through limiting perspectives and see doors where there were once walls.
